- Professional Equipment:
Maid Healthy uses the Butler Truck-mount steam extraction system.

Carpet and Upholstery Protectors
We use Maxim Brand products to provide the best possible cleaning
solutions. Maxim protects everything from your carpets and rugs to the
your very fine fabrics. Most homeowners are note aware of the
frequency of cleaning that your carpet or upholstery require to
maintain your warranty. Most manufactures require cleaning and
re-application of protection every 12 to 18 months. Ask to have all
your textiles protected with each cleaning and see for yourself just
how long everything can stay looking new.
Leather Upholstery Cleaning
We use
Chemspec Leather Cleaner and Conditioner because it is specially
formulated to safely and effectively clean smooth, and pigmented
leather. This is an advanced, professional-strength cleaner that will
easily clean surface dirt as well as dirt that is trapped in the grain
of the leather.
Pet Stain and Odor Removal
Pet stain removal begins with the right tools. We utilize the
following multi step process to ensure the removal of all stains and
odor.
- First we identify the
urine with UV Lighting.
- Second we determine
the size of the urine stain with a moister meter.
- Third we remove all of
the urine from the carpet using cleaners and tools. We go all the
way through to include removing the urine from the padding.
- Fourth we counteract
the odor using Hydrocide. Hydrocide is an odor neutralizer not just
for urine, but for any bad odor. Again we go all the way down into
the padding.
- Fifth our final touch
we inject Bio-Modifier. Bio-Modifier contains multiple enzymes to
digest and eliminate any missed residue.
This is a multiple step process that
will remove all of the urine from both your carpet and padding. The
only potential odor remaining would be in the rare case where the
urine has penetrated the sub flooring. If the sub flooring has been
contaminated we have a special service for that as well.
