Some of the services offered in our basic package are as follows;

• Dusting:  Ceiling fans, corners for cobwebs, baseboards, picture frames, window sills, blinds, items on the furniture, and the furniture itself.
• Vacuuming: all areas going as far as we can under beds and furniture.
• Trash Removal:  Remove all trash in all areas.
• Glass/French Doors:  Cleaning of the interior and exterior of one sliding or french door.  Cleaning of the front door glass.
• Spot Cleaning:  Cleaning or wiping down all light switches and door handles.
• Bathrooms: Disinfect and scrub toilets, tubs, showers and sinks.  Clean and polish all mirrors.  Vacuum rugs and floors.  Hand wash and disinfect the floors in order to clean all corners and hard to reach areas.
• Kitchens:  Wash all exteriors of all appliances, making sure to clean the top of the stove and burners if applicable.  Cleaning the inside and outside of the microwave oven.  Clean and disinfect the counter tops and the sink. (the cleaning of dishes are not included in our services)  Hand clean and disinfect the kitchen floor as well as vacuum all floors and rugs.
• Custom:  Each customer is going to have his or her special needs and they will be addressed case by case.

Basic Move In/Out Cleanings
In addition to our basic services there may be other areas in need of attention such as move in/out cleaning.  Additional services may include the cleaning of the interior of the refrigerator and stove as well as the wiping down and cleaning of walls.  Other services may also be needed such as Window Cleaning, and Carpet Cleaning.
